Happy Birthday!

It's not bad enough that time flies, but it insists on flying faster and faster as one gets older. I used to think it was just relative - that a year seems a lot longer to an eight year old because that's one eighth of her life, whereas it's only one 25th of your life. But now I'm convinced that it's more than that. It's a cosmic practical joke.

Cosmos: "Oh, you think you may have seventy years left if you're lucky. But its only gonna feel like ten. Mwahahahaha."
